Is it true that your company can help me find constrained or discontinued hardware models, accessories, parts and supplies?

How do I place an order?

You can either call 1-877-868-7887 or email us to place your purchase orders.

How soon will my orders ship?

Most orders received by 3pm (CT) weekdays will ship on the same day. Orders received after 3pm or on weekends will ship the next business day (however, depending on your location, we may still be able to offer you same-day shipping). How soon will I receive my orders?

Most orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS Ground and will be delivered in 1-3 days. Larger orders are shipped using LTL carrier delivery and received within 3-5 days.

Does BlueImage offer on-site visits or is yours an online-only business?

How can I get order tracking information?

The product was damaged in shipment, what should I do?

First, contact your carrier and follow their instructions. Second, email us with an explanation of the damage and attached photo(s) of the damaged box and/or product, and we’ll guide you on next steps.

Yes. We ship throughout the US, Canada and Mexico.
